CHRISTMAS PERIOD

Please note, in the months leading up to Christmas, we are expected to receive an influx of orders and messages. We will do our very best to answer all queries promptly and  keep to our estimated handling timeframe as outlined below; however, please be aware slower than usual delivery times are expected amongst our shipping carriers in the lead up to Christmas and unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 


When will you ship my item?

We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days from the date of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation of dispatch via email as soon as it has been dispatched.

Please note, this is the average handling timeframe and is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Reminder – If you believe you have not received a dispatch email, please check your “spam” folder.

How long does shipping take once my order has been dispatched?

Depending on your location, delivery times generally vary from 3- 7 business days after dispatch.

Will I get a tracking number?

To keep out costs low to you, our small items are sent as “large letters” by priority post, which unfortunately does not come with a tracking number. Priority post is delivered by the standard mailman in your mailbox; however, at a much faster rate.

For our larger items, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as courier has collected your item.

Do you offer express postage?

Unfortunately, we do not offer express postage at this stage.

Which company do you use to ship items with?

We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway.

Where are my items coming from?

All our items are stocked in and shipped from Australia.
