CHRISTMAS PERIOD

Effective 1st October 2017 – 25th December 2017

Please note, due to the Christmas period fast approaching, we are experiencing an influx of orders and messages. Throughout this busier period, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3- 5 business days from date of ordering. Please be aware slower than usual delivery times are expected amongst our shipping carriers in the lead up to Christmas and unfortunately, this is beyond our control. All orders placed before 4th December 2017 are GUARANTEED to arrive prior to 25/12/17. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

 


 

REFUNDS

Faulty items

We pride ourselves on quality items and if in the rare event you receive a product which is deemed defective, please contact us along with clear photographs of the fault within thirty (30) days from receipt of your item so we can resolve this issue immediately.

At our discretion and dependant on the extent of any damage, you will be offered compensation in the form of replacement parts or a partial refund. In the event the fault is major, you will be offered a full refund and return of the item at our expense.

Process of refunds

If a refund is issued, you will receive your money back in the same manner and currency in which you purchased the product. For example, if you pay by Paypal, your refund will be processed via Paypal, if you pay by Afterpay, your refund will be processed via Afterpay etc.

Change of mind

We do NOT offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind. Please choose your products carefully and contact us with any queries you may have before making a purchase.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING

Handling timeframe

We aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) business days from the date of receiving your order.

Please note, this is the average handling timeframe and is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Shipping timeframe

Depending on your location, delivery times generally vary from 3- 7 business days after dispatch.

Damaged items

If damage has occurred whilst in transit, please contact us and we will endeavour to lodge a claim with the relevant shipping carrier on your behalf.

Shipping carrier

Depending on your order, we will post your item/s using either Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway.

Please contact us prior to placing an order should you wish us to clarify these details.

Tracking information

To keep our costs low to you, our small items are sent as “large letters” by priority post, which unfortunately does not come with a tracking number. Priority post is delivered by the standard mailman in your mailbox; however, at a much faster rate.

For our larger items, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as courier has collected your item.

WARRANTY

Majority of our items are covered by either six (6) or twelve (12) months warranty. Please refer to each individual item description for details on warranty periods.

All items will not be covered under warranty if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturer.
